Japanese tea

A special lineup of teas centered around charcoal-fired tea, Chiran tea, and Kakegawa tea, only available at a specialty store!
Green tea is classified according to the amount of time the tea leaves are steamed, from shortest to longest, as "lightly steamed," "medium steamed," and "deep steamed," and each has different characteristics as follows.

Steaming time taste Shape of tea leaves Color
Lightly steamed about 30-40 seconds Refreshing and bitter Sharp as a needle thin
Medium steaming About 100 seconds Mellow and sweet Between light and deep steaming Middle
Deep steaming about 150-200 seconds Rich Short, crushed and powdery dark

Charcoal-fired tea (lightly steamed)

This charcoal-grilled tea is made from carefully selected tea leaves from the Ashikubo region of Shizuoka Prefecture, roasted over binchotan charcoal. This premium sencha has the perfect combination of flavor, richness, and aroma, roasted by hand with great care by a tea master.

Chiran tea (medium steamed)

Sencha tea is made under strict quality control in the vast land of Chiran-cho, Kagoshima, where the warm climate is ideal for growing green tea. The Chiran tea sold at this shop is medium steamed and has a mellow sweetness.

Kakegawa tea (deep steamed)

Sencha grown in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Made using the "deep steaming method," which involves steaming for a longer period of time than regular sencha, this tea brings out the full body and flavor. It has little bitterness and a rich flavor.

Bonito

We have been selling dried bonito flakes since our founding. There are two types of dried bonito flakes: "arabushi" used for flower bonito and "honkarebushi" which is considered the highest quality, and we only sell carefully selected "honkarebushi". Dried bonito flakes are highly nutritious, can be stored for a long time, and have a delicious taste, making them the perfect gift for someone special.

Tea incense furnace

Incense burners allow you to enjoy the aroma of tea leaves by adding heat. There are types that are heated by fire and types that are heated by electricity, and there are many different designs, so choose one that suits your location and situation. Why not try incorporating a "tea incense burner" into your daily life to enjoy the relaxing aroma of tea?

healthy tea

There are over 40 kinds of health teas that are expected to have a positive effect on your health. Some teas, such as Houttuynia cordata and sesame barley tea, contain ingredients that are good for your beauty, and are made from leaves, seeds, and roots other than tea that are processed for drinking. It is recommended to listen to a detailed explanation before making a selection.
