In addition to the shop where you can purchase famous sweets that are perfect for souvenirs and gifts, there is also a space where you can observe the manufacturing process of the representative sweet "Kurumikko" through glass, which is a hot topic! In the attached cafe, you can enjoy limited sweets using Kurumiko.


| The Factory & The Workshop ｜
At the factory, which has a sweet scent, you can observe the entire process of making caramel and dough through the glass.The walls are lined with Kurumiko-sized tiles, and you can discover the secrets of the deliciousness of Kurumiko and the hidden squirrels that you can only meet at the factory!

    I went to Hammerhead for the first time.A line of attractive shops line up, and while being tempted, go to the walnut kid cafe that was the original purpose.I was scared because there were many people in line, but this is a line of people who buy cut-offs, and probably because it was early in the morning, there were not many people using the cafe, so I went all the way to the back and took a seat. I ordered a drink and a parfait and waited.
    It's a little expensive because it's not so much in quantity, but the parfait ice cream is also delicious one by one, bavarois or fertilizer?I was very happy with it.
    The interior is glass-walled and very bright, and you can tour the sweets production line. You can also enjoy waiting time by selling goods such as mugs and tumblers with cute icon squirrels.
