R&B (Re-Born)
Soy sauce ramen Shiora-men Soy sauce tonkotsu Tonkotsu Veggie Salt Appetizer Plate
Immediately from JR "Kannai" station north exit, subway "Kannai" station exit 2!
Now in its 17th year since opening, this ramen specialty store has revamped its menu as well as the interior and exterior of the store, and has been reborn as "Re-Born."
A luxurious soup made with carefully selected seasonings and aromatic oils. Each soup is made with noodles that are carefully selected for their thickness, shape, and composition to best suit the soup. The roast pork char siu, which has been prepared using low-temperature vacuum cooking since the restaurant first opened, further enhances the flavor.
The roasted seaweed served on a separate plate is made by Tsutakin Shoten, a long-established seaweed store in the Central Market, and it's nice to be able to add toppings at any time you like.
Half sizes are also available from 13:00, and you can order a la carte or half and half. The relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, where you can take your time ordering at the table, is popular with women! A wide variety of seasonal menus unique to Japan, where there are many different seasons, are also available from time to time.
