  • It was the perfect place to rest during the trip!

    I used this hotel as a place to stay when I visited Yokohama.
    I was impressed by the reception staff and cleaning staff, who were very polite and accommodating.

    As it is a hotel affiliated with JR Central, the Tokaido Shinkansen could be seen from the rooms, which made the children very happy. They said that they had never seen anything like it on a trip filled with Shinkansen trains, getting off at Shin-Yokohama Station and watching the Tokaido Shinkansen from the hotel.

    We adults were able to relax and unwind from our travels by enjoying coffee and alcoholic drinks in the guest lounge.

    It is directly connected to the station, so you can protect yourself from the wind and rain, and it also has good access to Yokohama's tourist attractions, so I think I made the right choice by choosing Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama from the many hotels around Shin-Yokohama.

    I was transferred to Yokohama this year. As a Yokohama resident, I will be using the memorable Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama on a regular basis! I look forward to working with you again.

    The best thing is that it is directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station.You can go straight to the hotel without hesitation and without having to carry heavy luggage.
    I could see Mt. Fuji in front of the room.Impressed!

    Since I used the Shinkansen, I decided to make it a hotel directly connected to Shin-Yokohama Station.
    Near the station, there is a souvenir shop and restaurant in the same building.

    The room was very clean and the staff were very kind and cozy!
    Check-out was slow at 11:00, so I was able to spend my time slowly.
    The night view was also beautiful.
    I still want to use it.

    I used it on the way back from my trip with GoTo.
    Arrived at the front desk in less than 5 minutes after getting off the Shinkansen.We were greeted by the smiles of the staff (like everyone in the morning and at night), and the explanations were polite and we checked in very comfortably.

    I stayed with my family for one night.I was able to spend comfortably with more than enough service.After all the bed was wonderful and I slept soundly.I was happy that there was a bubble bath bath salt in the bathroom.It's right above Shin-Yokohama station and it was very convenient to go anywhere.
