In addition to high-end ingredients such as tuna, abalone, and sea urchin, you can also enjoy fresh local ingredients such as seafood from Sagami Bay and Suruga Bay, and the extremely rare Hakone Seiroku Wagyu beef nigiri sushi.
At the dinnertime counter, Hakone's first "drink free flow" is adopted.
Along with the carefully selected sushi, you can enjoy champagne, sake, shochu, and seven kinds of tea pairings.
