    I had heard that there was a long line at Gora, so I ate at the Odawara store.
    Perhaps because we went outside of the busy hours, we were able to get in easily and eat at our own pace.
    It is made with tofu, so it is soft and fluffy, and completely different from ordinary cutlets, and feels healthy.
    The food was delicious and I would definitely like to return.
    Next time I'd like to try it in Gora.

    I took the entrance exam for junior high school and went to a private junior high school in Gora, Shizuoka Prefecture. On the day of the entrance ceremony, my mother told me to go to a famous restaurant called "Tamura Ginkatsutei."
    Without really knowing what it was, I ordered the most popular dish, the stewed tofu cutlet set meal.
    I still vividly remember the excitement I felt when I took that first bite, even now, more than 15 years later.

    I moved back to my hometown for high school, so it's no longer a familiar taste, but whenever I eat it, it still tastes the same as it did 15 years ago. It's a delicious taste that brings back fond memories.
