In addition, on the 1st floor, you can observe the skills of kamaboko-making craftsmen behind the glass, and from the kamaboko encyclopedia exhibit, you can learn about the history and nutrition of kamaboko, the raw material fish, and the tools used by kamaboko makers and craftsmen. Explore the secrets related to kamaboko.
At the museum shop, we also sell souvenirs such as original goods such as Suzuhiro Kamaboko's original character "Guchi no Gucchan" and kamaboko-shaped miscellaneous goods!
The Kamaboko Board Painting Museum on the 2nd floor also exhibits works submitted to the ``Kamaboko Board Painting Contest'' and works by invited artists who are famous in the world.Let's take a look at the wonderful works!
On the 3rd floor, there is also a ``Kamaboko Kitchen Lab'' where you can experience a kamaboko kamabo (deep-fried kamaboko) experience class, as well as various workshops where you can try making kamaboko keychains and making marquetry crafts by hand.
In the break space, eat the fried fish you made in the experience class and play with the touch panel!

*Chikuwa will be delivered approximately 20 minutes after the experience time ends.
*Kamaboko delivery time is approximately 70 minutes after the experience time ends.
- Please register for the trial class at the reception counter on the 20st floor of the museum at least 1 minutes before the class starts.
- Target age is elementary school students and older.
- Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by an adult.Please apply with one chaperone (junior high school age or older) per child.
- Regarding the expiration date, chikuwa is expiration date within the same day, and kamaboko is expiration date is 3 days.
- Regarding allergies, the surimi used in the kamaboko and chikuwa handmade experience class uses specific ingredients such as eggs and shrimp.For details, please check at the Kamaboko Museum reception.
