Bistro means "popular restaurant" in French. As the name suggests, they serve familiar French cuisine and offer wine and alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices to go with the food. ●Yokohama Bouillabaisse
Bouillabaisse made with plenty of fresh seafood procured from the Yokohama Central Wholesale Market near the hotel. This is a masterpiece that brings out the flavor of shellfish such as seasonal sea bream and grunt, as well as mussels, clams, and cockles.
●Beef simmered in red wine
A beef stew made with plenty of red wine and simmered for 3 hours. The long simmering process makes the meat incredibly tender, and the flavor is thoroughly infused into the sauce, resulting in a rich, deep flavor.
●Onion Gratin Soup
Onion gratin soup is perfect for the cold season. Onions are slowly fried until caramelized, bringing out their delicious flavor, making this a soup that will warm both your body and soul. It is served piping hot right in front of you, topped with fragrant toasted bread and melted cheese.
