■Strawberry Dessert Buffet
Brasserie du Quai on the 3rd floor will be hosting a luxurious dessert buffet where you can enjoy sweets made with strawberries, such as mousse, shortcake, tarts, jellies, and macarons, all of which are made with strawberries to make you feel the arrival of spring!
At the Live Station, a patissier prepares a "long mille-feuille" right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the exquisite harmony of the crispy texture of the freshly baked pie and the smooth cream. There is also a wide selection of savory items, such as "seasonal quiche," "Westin Hotel Yokohama special curry," and "chef's choice pizza" baked in a pizza oven, creating a luxurious moment!

■ "Harbor Delight - Taste the world's finest cuisine in Yokohama in Winter 2025"
The lunch buffet, "Harbor Delight - Global Cuisine in Yokohama in Winter 2025," is themed around Yokohama's diverse culture and ingredients and will feature winter-only menus using seasonal ingredients.
The full buffet on weekends and holidays offers a wide variety of dishes from appetizers to desserts, including boeuf bourguignon, a classic French winter dish of beef stewed in red wine, and Japanese-style tacos made with seaweed made at the live station.
At the weekday semi-buffet, you can choose from seven main dishes. In addition to the classic "Bouillabaisse" and "Sukiyaki Doria," there are dishes based on French cuisine, such as "Pan-fried Cod with Cabbage and Clam Sauce," which uses seasonal cod, and "Low-Tempura Cooked Daisen Chicken Coq au Vin," which combines tenderly cooked Daisen chicken breast meat with red wine sauce. These dishes are unique to Brasserie du Quai and are based on French cuisine.
Both the full buffet and semi-buffet will offer a wide variety of dessert items that make generous use of strawberries, and you can enjoy special winter dishes inspired by gourmet cuisine from around the world in an elegant atmosphere.

From Waterline, a special course meal will be served, where you can enjoy Japanese flavors and local bounty appropriate for this season where winter and spring intersect. You can enjoy luxurious winter flavors such as Pacific cod, whitebait, snow crab, and crab miso, as well as fresh ingredients such as Miura daikon radish, Yamayuri pork, and Shonan whitebait from Kanagawa Prefecture, and herring, rape blossoms, and strawberries to add the color of early spring.
Traditional Japanese cuisine techniques are combined with Waterline's unique twists to create seasonal flavors.

■ Lunch box filled with Kanagawa specialties "Kanagawa Tabisai Bento"
The special bento lunch "Kanagawa Tabisai Bento" uses the rich local ingredients of Kanagawa, and with its original menu that can only be found at Waterline, it creates a unique experience as if you are traveling all over Kanagawa. The January bento, which makes use of seasonal ingredients, is filled with seasonal dishes such as "fried mountain vegetables, simmered pumpkin, plum carrot, and taro" and "fried shrimp and mushroom rolls, seasonal vegetable tempura." For the main bowl, you can choose from "Misaki tuna bowl" or "Yamayuri pork bowl," and vegetarian bento is also available, so everyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.

"Japanese Afternoon Tea" uses lavish amounts of fresh ingredients produced in Kanagawa Prefecture and offers Japanese sweets that are each handmade, as well as savory dishes that make use of local ingredients with a playful twist.
The menu includes sweets made with Kanagawa strawberries such as "Kanagawa Strawberry "Kanakomachi" Cream Daifuku," "Ashigara Matcha Mont Blanc," and Shonan Gold. The savory dishes include dishes that incorporate plenty of ingredients grown in the rich nature of Kanagawa, such as Yamayuri pork, Misaki tuna, Shonan whitebait, and Miura daikon.
Not only will the menu make the most of the unique flavors of each ingredient, allowing you to discover the charms that are unique to Kanagawa, but you can also enjoy a free-flow selection of carefully selected teas that bring out the Japanese flavor.
