Sweets and breads featuring strawberries, which are delicious at this time of year, are now available. The lineup includes the ever-popular "Amaou Roll Cake," the beautifully cut "Strawberry Mille-feuille," and the "Strawberry Cinnamon Roll," which has a sophisticated taste. Enjoy the charms of strawberries in a variety of flavors with these limited-time sweets and breads!

Sweets

■Amaou roll cake 　3,000 yen (cut 870 yen)
A roll cake made with "Amaou" strawberries and the hotel's original cream. Its simplicity allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves, making it a popular item every year!

■Strawberry millefeuille 　3,000 yen (cut 750 yen)
A very satisfying mille-feuille filled with plenty of strawberries. The custard cream flavored with orange liqueur and the hotel's original cream bring out the sweet and sour flavor of the strawberries.

■Strawberry Baked Cheesecake 　2,500 yen
A cheesecake baked with rich strawberry confiture, allowing you to enjoy alternating sweet and sour flavors.

■Strawberry tart　 760 yen
A tart made with fragrant almond cream, topped with custard cream and plenty of chopped strawberries.

■Strawberry Savarin 　800 yen

The savarin is soaked in so much strawberry syrup that it is about to overflow, and then finished like a parfait with strawberry jam and the hotel's original cream.

■Strawberry Crème de Ange　 700 yen

The mildly sweet, fluffy and light-tasting rare cheese mousse is layered with strawberry and raspberry sauce. You can enjoy the harmony of the refreshing rare cheese mousse and fresh strawberries.

Bread

■Strawberry cinnamon roll 　400 yen
Strawberry cream is rolled into soft bread and baked, then the glaze is finished with cinnamon. The cinnamon goes well with the strawberries, making this a dish that adults can enjoy.

■Strawberry cream fondue　 500 yen
The fluffy baked bread is stuffed with cream containing diced strawberries. The custard cream, made with fresh cream, has a rich flavor and is perfectly balanced with the sweet and sour taste of the diced strawberries.

■ Strawberry Chocolate Brioche 　400 yen

Brioche baked with strawberry-flavored chocolate chips and topped with pink chocolate.

■ Strawberry Croissant Amand 　400 yen
<Only from Wednesday, February 2025, 2 to Sunday, March 19, 2025>
The croissant dough is stuffed with strawberry jam and almond cream and baked to be moist on the inside and crispy on the outside.
